SGM61180 Overview
The SGM61180 is an efficient, 8A, synchronous Buck converter with integrated power MOSFETs and a wide 4.5V to 18V input range. This current mode control device is optimized for high density applications with minimal number of external ponents. High switching frequency, up to 2000kHz, can be chosen to lessen the solution size by smaller inductor and capacitors.
